Howdy all. Finally figured out how to get in, whew!!!!!! I'm not used to doing that much thinking this early in the morning. Fortunately for all of you I don't write nearly as much as I talk; Requires a little too much effort. However, I will some day come up with some heart wrenching story as to why I run. :) Long story short is I just like to. But I am still not sure what I like the best, running or telling people I run. :)
Anyway, Kim the blog looks great. I'm impressed and really greatful that you have taken the time to set this up. I'll send you the latest version of the pace calculator today.
Sparky, What kind of gel shot was that you gave me yesterday? I want to pick some up before the big day this weekend.

Philadelphia Area Running Group. The coyote is a very vocal animal. It uses a long howl to let other members of the pack know where it is. Short barks to warn of danger. When a pack of coyotes is welcoming a member into the pack, the coyotes yip. Other vocalizations include growls when establishing dominance, whining and whimpering when males and females are establishing bonds and high-pitched barks to summon puppies.
We are a small group of runners in the Greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area who came together through the Jeff Galloway Training Program, which advocates the run/walk method to eliminate injury. After spending 28 weeks training for the 2007 Philadelphia Marathon, we decided to continue to run together as a group on a regular basis as the Coyotes.
Any runner from the Philadelphia area is welcome to join us for our Saturday runs. There is no fee to join. We run short and long distances and according to each individual's pace, so you will never run alone.

Stick, They were Cliff Shot Blocks Blackcherry with caffiene. She is picking me up some. Maybe if you drop her a note she'll pick you up some also but if you can't get in touch with her I'll gladly give you some of mine.
Also, How did you attach your picture to your profile? I tried but couldn't get it to work. I put the pic on google photos and them copied the url to the pic section of the profile but it didn't work. I must be doing something wrong.

iPod, I worked for about an hour trying to download my picture last night, but couldn't do it. Finally, my 17 year-old pushed me aside and did it in one minute. I think she saved my photo on to Bucketphoto first and then transferred it to our Blog page. I will ask her for details tonight when I get home. Thanks for the info about the Cliff Shot Blocks. I will see if I could get them myself; will let you know if I don't.
