Hi Gang:
I'm testing to see if when I post something on the coyote blog you are notified at your regular email that there has been a posting. Let me know if you get this.

Welcome to the Coyote Family
Greetings to all!
Kim Kurz was kind enough to create and launch a place where we could share our off season musings as we ended our Galloway season in 2007. All of you who now have completed your Galloway training in 2008 are warmly welcomed into the Coyote family.
Please use this site to post your questions/needs/running requests and schedules.
If you need help with anything, contact Kim or me.
Have a wonderful holiday season. Be well.
Peace.
Terry

Hey Coyotes!
I just started my "serious" training for the Chicago Marathon. I have a "lackluster"training this winter, being woefully unprepared for the Rodney Caesar Half Marathon in March (thanks Sticks for running with me until I faltered). Then, I got sick for four days, missing a 5 K. My latest mishap was spraining my ankle while running in the dark in the morning (and, I have headlights like Sparky!). That left me on the injured list for two weeks so I missed the Broad Street Run.
Well, I am back, running three times, yesterday, totalling twelve miles. Look forward to seeing you at our various running places! Hope all is well with you.
I finally figured out how to sign on and "blog." (Get in the 21st century, DAD!)

Galloway 2008
Hi Running Buddies,
Stay tuned for the first email blast about the upcoming 2008 Galloway kick-off. It will be held May 10 at Lloyd Hall, 8:00AM. I will bring the refreshments just like last year and we will complete our first 3 mile run:walk. Remember those days?
Darlene at Galloway Headquarters in Atlanta will be helping with the email blast. I will need some help this year if there is any interest. I am doing the Program Directorship solo, whew. If all else fails administratively, at least I can run.

Coyotes Assemble!
Hey everyone,
It's exciting to think that we are nearing the time when we will hear the lead coyote call us all together...
Diane, Susan and I (the active NGFs) have started training for the Broad Street Run, and are attempting to move up to 3:1. For the 4 Saturdays in April, we are going to run 7, 8, 9 ,10. This weekend, we will be at Northwestern at 8 am. If weather does not permit, we will run on Sunday. Come and join us!
Looking forward to seeing everyone soon. I opened the pool this weekend, hoping to get a head start on the season, and anticipating a need for its use by a coyote clan seeking to soak its collective paws.
Be well.
